First, go to Webflow and create your account if you haven't already.
Step 1:
Access your site editor in Webflow.
Step 2:
(1) On the Add Elements + tab (keyboard shortcut A)
(2) look for the HTML Element in the Components section.
(3) Drag the element to the desired position on the page.
Step 3:
Click edit and enter Live Chat embed code.
