Currently, there is a difference between the account that was created to access the Dashboard and the account that is created to access Public View.
There are two different accounts, if you have access to the Dashboard you need to create another account on the Public View.
We recommend using the same email used in both places (Dashboard and Public View).
If you are using Live chat, if you use the same email, moderation options will be displayed in Public View because our system identifies that it is the same email and makes these permissions available.
