Currently, in the creation and editing of Live Chat, we have three sign-up options, they are:
To access them when creating Live Chat: Live Chat Tab > Create New Chat Room > Sign Up
In the editor mode: Edit Chat > Sign Up
Sign-Up Required:
The user must do the mandatory signup to send messages in Chat.
Not Required (available on paid plans only):
If you only select the option "Not Required" without checking the option "Suggest," the signup won't be mandatory. Just a message "Don't forget to add your avatar! Click here" will appear.
If you check "Suggest", the signup options will be displayed with the skip option.
Single Sign-on (available for Enterprise plan only):
