If you purchased an annual plan but canceled your subscription prior to the completion of the annual contract, we will charge you based on our monthly rate, or in rare instances, unable to offer you a refund if your usage exceeds the annual plan amount.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan by visiting your profile on the Arena dashboard, or reaching out to a member of our team to assist you.
