This analytics function for Chat room is only available at the Engagement menu.
Click on Engagement > Chat > Select the Chat room > Click on Analytics

In here, you will be able to analyze:

  • Online user
  • Online user per device
  • Page views
  • Engagement
  • Average session time
  • Page views per device
  • Country and number of users

For paying user, you will be able to Export this data for your convenience.
