The analytics information of your chat room is available in the Analytics tab when you access the desired chat.

Also, you can see that information in the Engagement menu.
Just click on Engagement > Chat > Select the Chat room > Click on Analytics

There, you will be able to analyze:

  • Online users

  • Online users per device

  • Pageviews

  • Engagement

  • Average session time

  • Pageviews per device

  • Country and the number of users per country

In case, you have an interest in Exporting the data above, the option is available under the Enterprise Plan.
