When you assign multiple people to your team, you will have 3 default roles that you could choose in the settings.

​Owner / Admin: The person will have super-power to do anything on the platform.
Access Including:
Liveblog - Chat, Comments
Chat - Create Chat
Monetization - Enable Monetization Settings
Publisher Settings - Change Settings, Manage People

Editor: The person will have access to create and edit events or post, as well as connecting Ads account to Arena.
Access Including:
Liveblog - Chat, Comments
Chat - Create Chat
Monetization - Enable Monetization Settings
​*Editor will not able to invite people nor changing any settings.

You will also be able to create your own role manually if neither of these roles fits the team. Simply click on +Create new role on the very bottom of the list.
