As a safety measure Arena.im allows you to publish widgets only on registered sites, if you embed the widget on another site and it is not working, you need to follow the steps below to include the domain in the white list.

Note: this feature is only available for paying customers. Customers on the trial period don't have access to this feature.

Step 1: Within the dashboard go to the "Settings"

​Step 2: Then click on the "Sites and Organizations" tab

​Step 3: Then click on the gear to access the site settings.

Step 4: Include the sites in the Whitelist field, press enter and then click Update to update the settings.

Note: Please wait up to 10 minutes for the changes to take effect.
